If you receive an item you are not happy with you must inform us straight away by email no longer than 7 days from receipt. As we are a small business we cannot absorb the cost of the postage especially if it is overseas. You must send the jewellery back in the same condition as received as soon as you have let us know. If you wish to exchange for a different item then that is also possible, contact us straight away and we will sort out the difference in price etc.
Please do not send back goods without informing us first, if you are sending a package to the UK we will be charged import duty if you do not have the correct wording on your package.

Please include the original invoice we sent you with the package, the package should be sent recorded delivery if possible. Please note we will not refund on jewellery that has been worn unless there is a problem with the item when it was worn. We will process the refund once we have had the items returned.
