Delivery Options

We offers a number of delivery options depending on where you live and your budget. Delivery times vary depending on the item you have ordered. Most items we hold in stock, in this instance if the items are in stock then you will be informed by email  that it will be dispatched either that day or the next day. If the item/s needs to be made (i.e. all rings are made to order) it can take up to 3 weeks to make especially if it is gold as it will need hallmarking, and then it will be dispatched. PLEASE NOTE ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12 NOON WILL BE TREATED AS NEXT DAY ORDERS.

Approximate delivery times are as follows, please note these times are from when the package leaves the office:-

UK recorded delivery (please note someone will have to sign for the package). This service normally takes 1-3 days to reach you, at Christmas time it can be longer. This service is not traceable once the item is in the Royal Mail postal system. Please note that you have to place your order before 12pm on the day (Mon-Friday) to be processed that day. Cost £1.95.

UK Special Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (please note someone will have to sign for the package). The order has to be place before 12pm on the day (Mon-Fri) to avail of this next day delivery service, this package is trackable when in transit through the Royal Mail system and is insured. Cost £6.50.We will always try to post your item the next day for next day delivery but as we work part time , it is sometimes difficult to get to the post office.If this is the case for your order we will alwyas email you first and if there is a delay because its our fault or the item is not in stock we will offer you a refund for the postage.

Signed for International sent through Royal Mail (please note someone will have to sign for the package). This covers all items sent outside the UK, delivery times vary once it has left the office and below is a rough guideline but variations do occur due to time of year and country. These packages are not traceable once in transit, they are insured but if a package does not arrive an investigation has to be launched before it can be traced.

Urgent Packages

We offer Federal express courier anywhere in the and is available for any customers outside of the UK (i.e. package being delivered outside the UK). All packages sent by Fed Ex can be tracked and we will inform you of the tracking number so you can track the package yourself. Fed Ex can deliver to most places in the world in days, i.e. to the states you are looking at 2-3 days.

Europe 1-2 days £30.00

Other worldwide 3-4 days £40.00

Please note that any products purchased from THE MOVIE RING collection will be made especially for you by Halfdan Hansen in New Zealand. When he has your order ready he will send it directly to you therefore ensuring quicker delivery times. Any products purchased from THE LORD OF THE RINGS TM collections are made by Paul J Badali in America. Once again your order will be sent directly to you to ensure the quickest delivery times. All other collections from this site will follow the rules above. If you purchase multiple items from different ranges then they will be delivered accordingly by each supplier, so it may be that you will get more than one delivery per order.
